Since 2011, ArtLab has taken root in the South and in Puglia in particular with thefirst event in Lecce. As in recent years, once again in 2021 Bari and Matera will host Artlab South. With a transversal and international perspective, the event will decline the priority topics in agenda with respect to the specific needs of businesses, organisations, cultural and creative professionals and of public territorial institutions rooted in the regions of Southern Italy. We will therefore focus on the opportunities offered by the new EU programmes 21-27 in terms of the cohesion policies, the regeneration of territories, slow tourism, public-private partnerships and strategic networks and alliances for sustainable development, and European cooperation.
The event, considering the evolution of the pandemic situation, will take place mainly in a digital format (as it happened for the editions of ArtLab Matera 2020 and ArtLab Bari 2020). If the conditions will allow, the edition will include some partially attended sessions for local stakeholders and the local public.
The programme is still being finalised.
